Nessij, which means “web” in Arabic, is a collective founded in 2023 by a group of Tunisian artists and art workers who aim to support and promote the Tunisian artistic and cultural scene internationally. 

Nessij aims to encourage the circulation of artists, their works and the country's cultural workers, as well as to strengthen exchanges and solidarity between scenes, and particularly within the Global South. 

The lines that follow set out, for Nessij, a frame of thought — political, ethical, and artistic — always in the making. A direction or horizon; an anchoring and a source.

The Nessij Code of conduct establishes the core values and ethical principles guiding all members, partners, and collaborators of Nessij. It ensures a foundation of respect, integrity, and security in all interactions, fostering a supportive and transparent environment for artistic and cultural exchange.
